Our Bianco White Balsamic is made in Italy from the finest grape must combine with vinegar then fermented and aged in wooden casks. Our White Balsamic is a sweet-tart, golden vinegar with floral aromas, complex flavor, and a balanced acidity softened by exposure to oak, resulting in a crisp, tart vinegar with a lingering hint of sweetness.
