Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may contact us via email for a solution. If the purchase arrives damaged, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Pre-orders do take weeks/months to arrive from Italy. 

Any product you return if approved for return by the Lo Bello Team must be in the same condition you received it and in. 

Note: Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are not included or refundable and will be deducted from the product refund amount or the refund will not be made until we receive the item returned. The customer incurs all shipping and insurance costs to and from Lo Bello Imports, LLC, as these costs are non-recoverable. 

A full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges) will be issued upon our receipt of your returned merchandise.

To return your item:

1. Mail the item back to us including your order information. 
2. The merchandise must be insured for the purchase price.
3. The returned merchandise must be in its original condition.

Your credit card or payment method will be credited upon us receiving the returned merchandise.

Made in Italy Hand Painted Ceramics 
Each ceramic product is individually handmade and hand painted so the sizes, shapes and colors may vary. With repeated use over time, Italian ceramics have a tendency to form miniscule lines within the glazing. This has no effect on the durability of the item.

Use and Care of Ceramic Products
All ceramic products are 100% food safe in compliance with FDA standards and U.S.A. import regulations for lead and cadium. Ceramics are microwave, dishwasher and oven safe unless otherwise specified in the individual item description. 

Errors and Omissions Policy
Lo Bello Imports, LLC reserves the right to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties without notice. We endeavor to accurately describe every product offered for sale; however, mistakes can sometimes be made. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification. Please report any errors or technical difficulties you may encounter on our website for correction.
